Who is my main point of contact at Kuubiik?
Every engagement is assigned a dedicated account manager who handles HR, compliance, and contractual matters; you direct the day-to-day work with the resource.
The account manager:
- Knows your business and the resource working on it
- Runs regular HR and compliance check-ins, usually monthly or fortnightly
- Handles employment matters, contract adjustments, leave, replacements, and discipline
- Is your first call for anything related to the engagement itself
