What's the placement guarantee?
If the placed candidate leaves within 90 days, we run a replacement search at no additional fee.
If the candidate leaves your business within 90 days of their start date, we run a free replacement search for the same role.
The guarantee applies whether the departure is by the candidate or by you, with the standard exclusions (gross misconduct, fundamental change in role or terms, redundancy, etc.) set out in the recruitment contract.
For executive or specialist roles, a longer guarantee period can be agreed.
