What if we need more hours than expected in a month?
For occasional overflow we can pre-approve extra hours; for sustained higher volume we'll discuss scaling the commitment or adding a second resource.
Two options for overflow.
Occasional overflow. You pre-approve extra hours at the standard hourly rate, and the resource delivers the additional work as a one-off.
Sustained higher volume. If the workload has shifted permanently, we discuss moving from part-time to full-time, adding a second resource, or restructuring the engagement.
Overflow is a contractual matter; the work itself remains between you and the resource.
We always flag overflow before it happens, never after.
