What does Kuubiik do?

We work with clients in two ways:

Outsourcing. We engage and pay remote resources for clients who want operational capacity without the cross-border overhead. The resource works under a Kuubiik contract for a fixed term. We handle the employment compliance, sourcing, HR, and replacement; you direct the work itself.

Recruitment. We find and place permanent hires into our clients' own entities. We run the search, screening, and shortlist, and the client makes the hire directly. We charge a placement fee and back the placement with a guarantee period.

• Finance and operations - Bookkeeping, AP/AR, financial controllers, operations management
• Specialist and leadership - E-commerce operations, data analysis, project coordination, department heads, country managers

If a function is well-defined and the right person can be found, we can usually support it. If we can't, we'll say so.
