What deposit does Kuubiik require for outsourcing?
A deposit equal to one month of the Service Fee is required upfront for each outsourcing Project; it's refunded on completion or termination.
For each outsourcing Project, a deposit equal to one month of the Project's Service Fee is required upfront, on or before the resource's start date. The deposit:
- Activates the account and confirms the engagement
- Sits with Kuubiik for the duration of the Project as security
- Is refunded within 10 business days of Project completion or discontinuation, through the same payment method
Refunds are net of any outstanding amounts (overdue invoices, prorated fees, bank charges, or administrative costs). During a replacement process, the deposit remains on hold until the replacement is in place.
By the way, the deposit is separate from the first month's Service Fee. Both are due before the resource starts.
