What are Reward Days and Wellness Days?
Reward Days are time-off days each resource is eligible for under their contract, including Time Off Reward Days and Wellness Days, set out per Project.
Each resource is eligible for a set number of Reward Days per month, defined in their Project scope. Two types apply:
- Time Off Reward Days. Granted as recognition for hitting Project milestones. The resource is not required to work on these days.
- Wellness Days. Provided to support the resource's health and wellbeing, used for rest or recovery.
The exact allocation per month is set out at the start of the Project. By the way, Reward Days are taken with prior notice to both Kuubiik and you, so cover or coordination can be arranged. Unused Reward Days can be carried forward for up to three months by mutual consent if the Project is renewed.
