The resource isn't working out. What happens?
We replace them at no charge, usually within one to two weeks, with handover from the outgoing resource where appropriate.
Tell your account manager what isn't working, and we move to fix it. There's no charge for the transition, and we work to minimise disruption.
The replacement process usually involves:
- A short conversation with your account manager to understand the gap
- Two or three replacement profiles within a few days
- Interviews with shortlisted resources
- Handover from the outgoing resource where appropriate
Most replacements complete within one to two weeks.
