The resource isn't responding.

Tell your account manager immediately; we initiate contact, run our disciplinary process if needed, and start a replacement if the absence persists, with unworked days not billable.

Resources are contractually expected to be available during agreed hours. If a resource has gone unresponsive, tell your account manager and we take it from there:

  • Direct contact through Kuubiik's HR channels
  • Disciplinary process if unresponsiveness continues
  • Replacement process if the absence persists

Any unworked days during this period are not billable. You only pay for time actually worked, and we adjust the next invoice accordingly.

You don't need to chase the resource yourself for non-response. Unresponsiveness is a contractual and HR matter we handle.
