Time zone coverage is set in the engagement contract; if your needs have shifted, we can source a replacement or add a second resource for the additional window.

Time zone coverage is set at the start of the engagement and forms part of the resource's employment terms. If your needs have shifted, talk to your account manager:

  • Source a replacement matched to your new time zone
  • Add a second resource for the additional window

The current resource continues to work the hours agreed in their contract until any change is formalised.
