# Should I choose part-time or full-time?

## Part-time suits a function that needs steady weekly output, while full-time suits a function that needs daily attention; the discovery call helps decide.

**Part-time**. A dedicated resource working set hours each week. Suitable for functions that need steady weekly output but not a daily presence, such as support roles, mid-volume marketing, regular admin, or ongoing project work.

**Full-time**. A dedicated resource working standard full-time hours. Suitable for functions that need daily attention, such as a dedicated marketing manager, sales coordinator, or developer.
