Outsourcing or recruitment: what's the difference?

Outsourcing places a managed remote resource under a Kuubiik contract, while recruitment finds you a permanent hire into your own entity for a one-off fee.

We offer both, and the right choice depends on what you need.

Outsourcing. A remote resource works for you on a part-time or full-time basis, engaged under a Kuubiik contract. We handle the employment, compliance, payroll, sourcing, and HR matters including replacement and discipline. You direct the day-to-day work. This suits clients who want operational delivery without setting up entities, payroll, or HR in a new market.

Recruitment. We find a permanent hire for your own entity, and you employ them directly under your terms. We charge a one-off placement fee of 15 to 30 percent of gross annual salary, depending on the role, with a replacement guarantee. This suits clients who want headcount in their own structure and the long-term ownership that comes with it.

Some clients use both - recruitment for senior or strategic hires, and outsourcing for ongoing operational functions.
