How does Kuubiik's recruitment service work?
We take a brief, source and screen candidates, share a shortlist, and you interview and hire directly into your own entity with a placement guarantee.
The recruitment process runs in five steps.
Step 1: Brief. We take a detailed brief on the role, the team, the package, and the must-have criteria. Around 30 to 60 minutes.
Step 2: Search. We source candidates from our network, market mapping, and direct outreach. Most searches return a working pool within one to two weeks.
Step 3: Screening. We screen candidates against the brief, verify experience, and run initial interviews. Only candidates who clear the screen are shortlisted.
Step 4: Shortlist. You receive a shortlist of three to five candidates with profiles and interview notes. You interview those you want to take forward.
Step 5: Offer and placement. You make the offer directly and we support the negotiation where helpful. Once the candidate starts, our placement fee is invoiced and the guarantee period begins.
