# How does Kuubiik handle confidentiality and data protection?

## Mutual NDAs are standard across both services, and we implement jurisdiction-specific data protection terms including GDPR, PDPA, and CCPA.

Mutual NDAs are standard. Resources and candidates are briefed on client confidentiality and data handling as part of onboarding or screening. Where required, we implement additional access controls, dedicated devices, or jurisdiction-specific terms (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, and others).
