How does Kuubiik bill?
Outsourcing is billed monthly in advance based on commitment, and recruitment is a one-off placement fee due 30 days from start date.
Two different models depending on the service.
Outsourcing. Monthly billing in advance, based on the part-time or full-time resource commitment you choose. Pricing is built on an hourly rate that starts at SGD 100 per hour (approximately USD 75 / GBP 60), with two-year and three-year contracts attracting more favourable rates.
Recruitment. A one-off placement fee of 15 to 30 percent of the candidate's gross annual salary, depending on the role. Payment due 30 days from the candidate's start date.
There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no surprise invoices on either side.
