How does discontinuation work?
Clients can discontinue with 1 day notice during the Evaluation Period or 2 weeks after; a 30 percent Discontinuation Fee applies on remaining contract value.
You can discontinue any outsourcing Project with written notice. The notice period and any fees depend on the stage of the Project.
During the Evaluation Period (first 2 months):
- 1 day's written notice
- No Discontinuation Fee
After the Evaluation Period:
- 2 weeks' written notice
- Discontinuation Fee of 30 percent of the remaining contract value (calculated from the discontinuation date to the original end of term)
An Account Closure Fee also applies on discontinuation, covering the administrative work to finalise payments, revoke access, and complete off-boarding. It's billed with the final invoice and payable within 7 days.
The discontinuation of one Project doesn't affect any other Projects you have with us. Each Project operates independently.
By the way, if a resource voluntarily exits and you don't want a replacement, no Discontinuation Fee applies and the Service Fee is prorated for the notice period.
