How do I get started with an outsourcing engagement?
Engagements begin with a discovery call, followed by scoping, resource selection, onboarding, and an ongoing partnership with your account manager.
The process is intentionally simple and takes five steps.
Step 1: Discovery call. We listen first. What's the function, what does success look like, what's the volume, and how do you currently get the work done? Around 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 2: Scoping. We translate the call into a clear scope, including the function, the part-time or full-time commitment, contract term, tools, and expected output. You receive a written proposal.
Step 3: Resource selection. We propose suitable resources from our existing base or source specifically for the role. You review profiles and interview shortlisted resources before deciding.
Step 4: Onboarding. We handle the engagement paperwork, employment compliance, and HR induction on our side. You set up the tools, access, and brief the resource on the work itself.
Step 5: Ongoing partnership. Your account manager checks in regularly on HR and compliance matters, handles replacement or discipline when needed, and adjusts the engagement at renewal. Day-to-day work direction sits with you.
Most engagements start within one to two weeks of scoping.
