How do I escalate an issue?
Escalate HR, compliance, or contract matters to your account manager; day-to-day work issues sit between you and the resource.
Start with your account manager for any HR, compliance, or contract matter. If the issue isn't resolved or needs leadership attention, it's escalated to Kuubiik's operations team and, where needed, to the co-founders directly. We don't operate ticket queues. Escalations are handled by people, not systems.
Day-to-day work issues - missed tasks, output quality, priorities - are between you and the resource in the first instance. If a pattern develops, that becomes an HR matter and your account manager steps in.
