How are recruitment fees structured?

Placement fees range from 15 to 30 percent of gross annual salary, depending on role seniority, scarcity, and search complexity.

Our placement fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate's gross annual salary, agreed at the start of the search:

  • 15 to 18 percent - Mid-level roles with broad candidate availability.
  • 20 to 25 percent - Senior roles, specialist functions, or roles in competitive markets.
  • 25 to 30 percent - Executive roles, scarce skill sets, and highly confidential or retained searches.

The fee covers the entire process from search through to placement, plus the replacement guarantee. Payment is due 30 days from the candidate's start date.

There are no fees for unsuccessful searches.
