# Can I use both outsourcing and recruitment?

## Yes, many clients use outsourcing for ongoing operational functions and recruitment for senior or strategic hires, all through one account team.

Plenty of our clients use both services. A typical pattern:

- **Outsourcing** for ongoing operational functions where speed and flexibility matter more than headcount ownership (for example, marketing operations, admin, customer support).
- **Recruitment** for senior, strategic, or leadership roles where having someone in your own entity is the right structural choice.

By the way, one account team handles both. You don't need to start a new relationship to add the other service.
