# Can I speak directly to the resource?

## Yes - and you should. You manage the day-to-day work directly with the resource, with the account manager looped in for HR and compliance matters.

Yes, and you should. As Contractor of Record, Kuubiik handles the employment side - compliance, HR, payroll, replacement, discipline. You direct the work itself.
