Can I review candidates before deciding?
Yes, you receive a shortlist of three to five screened candidates with profiles and interview notes, and you interview those you want to take forward.
We don't expect you to commit before you've met the person. The shortlist gives you the information to decide who to interview, and you control the final selection.
